The backbone of Miss Huntington Beach and the Miss Huntington Beach Scholorship Pageant is the Women of Action. These dedicated volunteers –an extension of the Huntington Beach Chamber of Commerce – work continuously throughout the year to coordinate and produce all aspects of the experience that ultimately culminates in crowning “Miss Huntington Beach.” Their tireless fundraising efforts combined with naturally supportive instincts, propel this annual friendly competition, under the jurisdiction of the Miss America Organization, into one of the positive highlights of the Huntington Beach culture.
